What kind of personal data do we collect and when?
We will only collect data should you opt to complete and submit one of our online forms by way of a general enquiry or application for work.
If you are a job applicant, to consider your suitability in the first instance we request information that will genuinely help, such as your name; contact details; employment history; experience and details of qualifications. You should only provide details of a referee if you have their expressed consent to do so.
For the purposes of a tender or general enquiry, your name, contact details and any other information you wish to provide regarding your enquiry will be collected so we can assist you.
How will we use the information collected?
For job application purposes, personal data is used is determine your suitability for the role to which you have applied. It provides us with information about your skillset, experience and qualifications and a means to communicate with you to discuss the prospect further.
Personal data in relation to a tender or general enquiry is required to communicate with you and assist in your enquiry.
How long do we keep your data for?
Personal data is not retained for any longer than necessary, for example – following satisfactory resolution of your enquiry, unless meaningful contact continues, or the law or other regulations requires us to do so.
With your expressed consent (given at point of submission) applications for employment will be kept for a period of 6 months. Thereafter this information will be securely destroyed if unsuccessful or will be retained in line with contractual or statutory requirements only should your application be successful

We will not share your personal data with any third parties unless expressly authorised by you or required to do so by law or regulation. Personal data will only be used by us for the purposes for which it has been intended within the organisation and by authorised personnel.

You also have the right to restrict the use of and/or object to processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.
